Thank you, the notice I received was asking for proof of legal status in Canada. I only uploaded my current open work permit. 2 weeks after my response, I got the nomination

I guess it depends on the document they requested. In my case was only to verify my legal status. I submitted my work permit.

If applying from outside canada does my employer in Ontario need an LMIA ( is it mandatory) under this stream?
Also please if anyone among you all can explain step by step the process for applying under this stream will be a great help for people like me.

Hey guys, I sent my package to IRCC last Friday.
Do you know if when the IRCC receives the package, they will send me an email confirming it? This is the AR date that you are posting here and in the Spreadsheet?

Yes its the AR everyone refers to. There is no confirmation from IRCC when they receive the package at Sydney. We need to wait until AoR (Approx 2 months). The package will be usually sent back to the stated address within this time, if there is something wrong with the application.
