It seems OINP did not pause to intake at the end of 2018, So the applicants kept applying from Dec,2018 to April, 2019.

I am not sure when they will get their nomination allocation in 2020.
Based on situation in 2019, it seems OINP is not open only after quota assignment.

After you send to them, it takes around 2 months to change the status, I guess.. right @chivinas ?

My guess, based on past applications seen on Immitracker, is between 2-3 months
