Somebody says in forum that an interview call will come
Ijust want to know to whom interview they are talking about
Means when our employer file application for lmia approval then whom will get the interview call

its generally the employer who gets interview call to prove the offer is genuine and he really could not find anyone suitable onshore for the offered position.
But very rarely at times the employee can also get verification call or interview in person,though I have never come across any such case.
Employee interviews are routine procedure at the border when applicants do flagpoling

When your employer submit LMIA At that time ESDC ontario take phone interview of your employer. After positive LMIA when you submit your work permit . Immigration office of your (where u submit your application)country may take your phone or personal interview...
As I predicted earlier, CRS will not go down drastically since many nominations are provided in the past 2 months. OINIP alone has 2000 nomination cases pending and so do other other provinces. At least with limiting the nominations, CRS is kind of stable. Draw is over and cut off is 471 and I am waiting for an official e-mail for an ITA.

I'm sorry to write this, don't mean to offend or sound petty, but in a group that we are all waiting for nominations, I'm also pretty sure we all know it takes time to process, it just increases the stress with these comments.
Let's give each other support and comfort because it's a long bumping road ahead.

sorry, my offer does not need LMIA because i'm internal transfer within our company, so LMIA is exempt in my case. I have no much experience how LMIA should work.
Hey, that was not the intention, I will remove the post then and throw my stat hat away. I just posted the assumptions/trend. I always felt hopeful and optimistic when you guys mentioned yours cases moved to assessment or DIP. Wishing you a smooth road ahead.
