There is no timeline/duration to get an invitation to apply after submitting your expression of interest. It depends on whether there's a draw and the lowest score is below 54. If you don't qualify for health, tech, or trades streams, you'll have to wait for a general draw. There was a general draw in February 2024 with a score range of 50 and above. Before that, the last general draw was in February 2022 (2-year gap).

2 Years gap is too much. Can I apply for two streams at the same time, CEC under human capital stream and OINP job offer?
If yes then OINP job offer will need to apply from Ontario website and CEC from Express entry login, is that right?

Any idea when the next OINP Draw for Employer Job Offer Foreign Worker stream: Tech Occupations will take place?
I can check the previous draws for the trends , however as there is a latest announcement that Domestic draws will increase wanted to know if they conduct frequent draws.

They announced more domestic draws coming soon assuming it means CEC and more draws in PNP. You Never know, just submit your file on both and wait for luck to turn on.

Thanks for the response, yes my employer has submitted my profile and the draw happened in Jan 2024 and after that no draw in this category - so was thinking can we expect soon ? and my NOC code is 21221

My EOI was submitted 31 July 2023 and then received ITA 19 July 2024.

Woah thats very long time almost a year. I don't have that much time as my work visa expiring on Sept 2024. What do you suggest?

Well I didn't really care that much. I was headhunted from Australia by my current employer (Government) and only submitted my EOI when I got the job but I delayed my start date till November 2023 and fully settled here in January 2024. My Engineering work experience is in a specialist area that don't usually get nominated that often.

I am an Australian Citizen don't really have nothing to worry about. My job is full time permanent anyways via the international mobility program so worse case my office will keep renewing my work permit.

As for your work visa, is it not renewable pending when you get your PR?

There is no timeline. It depends on when your NOC is selected for the draws. Once you submit your EOI, you may get ITA the next day if you are just so lucky that there was a draw that day that included your NOC (and you had enough points to be invited).
