Hello, I got OINP invitation today, I have 1.5 years of experience in previous company and 0.75 year with current X Company. I received nomination based on my X company job offer. So, whether it will be counted? Thanks

Is it the same job title / NOC?

I had 1 year and 9 months of experience in my current job in Canada, so I also added my previous job (outside of Canada) that had the same job title and NOC. I reached out to my former employer and asked them to write an employment letter stating the dates I worked there (which was over 2 years), my job title, my main duties matching the ones in the NOC, and wage.

I had an issue with paystubs. Part of the required documents were my first and last paystub of my previous job, but I didn't have those. I had a few paystubs but not the first and last. I asked my former employer if they could provide me with those paystubs, but they changed the payroll system since I left and couldn't get mines. I submitted the ones I had and explained all this in the explanation letter.

My nomination was later approved without any ADR.

If your current job has same NOC as your previous Job, then you can add work experience. Otherwise, go with 0.75 year with current X company under which you have got invitation.

If it is same then you should gather....
1. Employment/experience letter form previous job. (mandatorily required)
2. All paystubs from previous job... If all paystubs are not available then your bank statement for each years will prove that you got paid. Additionally add T4 slips along with it.
3. Same applied for your current X job.

have you submitted your application with representative? it looks like you have long waited for nomination. if you ever reached local MP, what did he/she say? have you got any information?
Yes with representative will it matter?. Yes i reached out to local Mp, they said they send a mail to OINP and waiting reply.

BACK SIDE PHOTO QUERY - I submitted my NON EE application few days back. But I just uploaded front digital photo in my application. And now I have seen so many places on the internet that everyone is talking about 2 things here. 1) some people are saying - at the time of application submission, front digital photo is enough. Back side with date of birth and photo studio address is needed to be uploaded when IRCC ask for new set of photos during portal request. 2) some people are saying you need to upload front digital photo and receipt of photos from studio and upload them at the time of application submission. So now I want to know is it really mandatory to upload receipt or back side of photo during application submission? How many of you got their application returned / got AOR by just uploading front digital photo. Please reply both questions above.

I do not know about consequences that your application will be rejected or returned. They might ask you again to provide new photo. Back side should be stamped with date and address of location where your photo has been taken. Usually photographer stamped date on back side, they manually write down birthdate and name on back side too.
Yes, it is necessary to have those details on back side of photo. You can go Canada post $25 only and quickly fill-out web form with front and back photo.

Hello All, I have done my education in interior design and have been working in Ontario for more than 2yrs now being on PGWP. Although an interior designer, I have been having the job duties and responsibilities of a BIM Technologist or a Design and drafting Technologist. I am currently in a big dilemma - what NOC should I mention as my primary NOC on my application? Education and job title corresponds to NOC 52121 (Interior Designer and Interior Decorator) but all job duties and responsibilities for past jobs and current job align with NOC 22212 ( Drafting Technologist and Technicians). Moreover my current employer is bit skeptical to provide any info related NOC on the employment letter which may be other than my educational background, rather they do not want to mention about NOC at all. I expect more chances of receiving the invitation for NOC 22212, if we compare the current trend of invitations for NOC 52121 and 22212. I am worried that if I apply by using NOC 22212, but have my education and job title not corresponding to it, then I may have my application get rejected. Any type of guidance is appreciated. Thanks..!!
