What proof did you submit at last?
I hope so too. I sent them a job description of my previous job to prove that I have the experience even though the NOC (title) is different. I hope my explanation will be accepted
Sad to hear this after all this wait. Time to hire some immigration lawyer? Atleast for consultation/review of your replies etc. I guess Fragomen charges CAD 350 or so. You can check with them. All the best for your reply and acceptance.I am down today.
I got the intent of refusal letter this morning due to NOC.
MY NOC outside Canada was 0113 purchasing manager, and my NOC is 1225 Puchaser in Canada.
I rememeber someone in our stream got the letter for the same reason. who is he/she?
