That premium lounge wont get you any benefit of faster processing. You get Ack on OCI website on 10th day or so of application. You get Printed status 22 or so days after that. 11 days after that is dispatch and receive. At this point you can resume tracking on BBLS website. You should have it...

Not sure if Visa is a great idea having a PR card of India (OCI). I will leave it to others to confirm what they have as issuing place. Personally I dont see an issue. Its indeed issued in Canada.
