A question to Experts.
As of today my CRS "with accompanying spouse" is 409.
And, if I change it to "without accompanying spouse" CRS becomes 421.
And, next month, due to by birthday I'll be losing 10 points and my score would drop,
With spouse: 399
Without Spouse: 411
And my only hope as of now is Ontario nomination.
So in my case, would it make sense to change the profile to "without accompanying spouse"?
- It isn't misrepresentation, as I would mention that I'm married and add dependents to the profile.
- I will have to apply for my spouse PR once I land in Canada with my children. I understand it takes 12 months or so.
- Then, my spouse can apply for open work permit.
- It's pain, but I have no clear second option.
- I maxed out in IELTS.
- My spouse doesn't have enough qualifications to score better CRS.
