A question to Experts.

As of today my CRS "with accompanying spouse" is 409.
And, if I change it to "without accompanying spouse" CRS becomes 421.

And, next month, due to by birthday I'll be losing 10 points and my score would drop,

With spouse: 399
Without Spouse: 411

And my only hope as of now is Ontario nomination.
So in my case, would it make sense to change the profile to "without accompanying spouse"?

- It isn't misrepresentation, as I would mention that I'm married and add dependents to the profile.
- I will have to apply for my spouse PR once I land in Canada with my children. I understand it takes 12 months or so.
- Then, my spouse can apply for open work permit.
- It's pain, but I have no clear second option.
- I maxed out in IELTS.
- My spouse doesn't have enough qualifications to score better CRS.

Yes, without accompanying spouse seems better to gain PR, although it will be hard initially.

I mean, in EE profile there was a question if you have relative in canada, can i say no? Because i dont want to provide a proof and i have enough points anyway. Is this misrepresentation?
If you cannot provide documents to prove the relation, you don't have to disclose in your profile. No. It is not false information. You can say NO where you cannot provide supporting documents.

1. It is not misrepresentation as you will mention that you are married. You are just taking an option not to accompanied with spouse. This option is given to ppl who cannot take their spouse with them to Canada.

2. To my understanding, you will not have dependent in your application when you opt for without accompanying spouse. This includes your children. So you have to add or sponsor them later.

You will be losing 5 points on age factor after your birthday.

I think he might also be able to add his children post ITA just not spouse.

I'm guessing your IELTS is LRSW 8777 or more. If not, you are missing a big score.
A job in 2173 will fetch you 50 not 200. 200 points is for senior executive roles NOC staring from 00.
Regarding, OINP.. just keep hopes, little may be. But keep hopes.
IELTS is L7.5,R7.0,W8.0,S8.5 and for spouse its L8.5 R8.5 W7.0 S8.0. I am not sure what is meant by that i am missing a big score? Can you please elaborate

Listening has to be above 8 under any case if u r principal applicant. Speaking and writing can still be managed at 7.5 each. No need to be 8.5 or 8 in those cases. LR is the one which will be game changer for u. Remember this. U can check ur score on CRS calculator by doing such permutations combinations to understand what h1b2pr and myself are trying to say.
Cheers

What is your spouse highest educational qualification? It looks she may be better off as the principal applicant. As advised, use the CRS tool to simulate your score assuming both scenario. All the best
