I took a digital copy from the photographer and uploaded it. It has to be according to the specs. Some dimensions from face to chin and hair to chin. I also made some hard copies and wrote my name and dob on the back and scanned it. Then I made sure that the scanned image has the same outer dimensions as the original digital copy. Uploaded both of them as separate files with comment as front and back.

Thats how I did but many have not uploaded the scanned copy of the back and received Nominations.

All the best.

I did the same. Not sure if there is any other way to get the required sizes and requirements

There are many tools online or if you are a Photoshop expert you can do it yourself :)

Hey guys/gals, I see some of you have no application status changed for days, so decided to share my case.
I submitted mine on July 6 and it's still in "Submitted" status after 19 days, which is kinda longer than anyone I saw here complaining, and it makes me feel a bit frustrated. I received payment/receiving confirmation instantly after submitting, but no news after that.

A few details:
NOC 2174 (Software engineer)
CRS 351

I see some people getting Nominations in just a few weeks though, which gives hope that assessment itself is going to be faster.

UPD: Spelling corrections

Your turn will come soon :) It will be processed really fast in 3-4 days when your status changes to DIP. So relax :)

Hi nshuman,
Well I understand your situation for sure... I am feeling a little bit worried although I submitted it one week after you ,so surely your frustration is understandable ,however here are my notes :
1)June applicants did have much more faster processing than July ones in general
2)Somehow the above CRS 400 ICT applicants did have fast processing than below 400 ones
3)There are some NOC's that were not touched after the first few days of July
4)There are few cases on the forum that have been processed fast enough and have your NOC ,but mostly they submitted their application on first week of July.

So let's wait and C...I hope before August all associated profiles that were submitted in July would have moved a step or 2 @least .

Good luck for us all...

I'm looking to apply PCC from a country I lived for 2yrs. To get the PCC i will need to submit documentary proof (letter from Embassy etc..) why PCC is required and for what purpose.

From where can i obtain this document ? Any suggestions ?

Thanks. I'm aware of this page. It is a requirement to get documentary proof from IRCC why Police Clearance is required. Any idea how to get this from CIC/IRCC ?

May I know which country?

You will only get the letter from IRCC after you submit your eAPR, that's why I said check the instruction for your country, e.g. Singapore, it is clearly stated:

Do I need to provide a Police Certificate for Express Entry?

Yes, but only after you submit your application. When you apply for permanent residence, you will be asked to upload a police certificate. Instead, you must upload a document that states: “
I am applying from a country that requires an official request letter from IRCC to get a police certificate.

We will then review your application. If it is otherwise complete, we will send you more information on how to get a police certificate. Please read the instructions above for more information.

We will not accept police certificates sent by mail for Express Entry applications.

Hi guys,

I have my payslips & bank statements as required, but not all details are in English. Some of them are in my original language. As I know, it is clear & understandable.

Is it okay if I upload my payslips & bank statements as it is? Because all of them are private & confidential.

Regards,
