Hi guys,

I have my payslips & bank statements as required, but not all details are in English. Some of them are in my original language. As I know, it is clear & understandable.

Is it okay if I upload my payslips & bank statements as it is? Because all of them are private & confidential.

Unfortunately ,If they didn't understand any mandatory document it will be rejected ... its as if didn't exist ...straightforward ...no workarounds...

From where I came from ...such documents can be issued in local language and English(with some local words here and there) ..if its not the case on your side then I am afraid you must choose between total confidentiality and applying for immigration...
I had a couple of work related contracts and reference letters that contained my salary and allowances only in local language ,and was not comfortable when they translated @ all...but I guess that's how it is...

Hi Guys,

In my express entry profile my spouse's IELTS results crossed 2 year validity on 23-Jul-2017 although I am the primary applicant and have my IELTS valid for more than a year. I was expecting that my EE profile would become in-eligible following which I would need to create a fresh profile without spouse IELTS results and since I received NOI from OINP in the EE profile so would also need to intimate them about this change with the new EE profile number.

However even as of now, my EE profile remains intact without any change, i.e. neither became ineligible nor CRS reduced to exclude my spouse IELTS result. I read in the forum that profile of people became ineligible on IELTS results expiry date i.e. if the date of test passed 2 years, though in my case it is the spouse IELTS result that is expiring and not mine.

What should I do in this case? Pls suggest.

Would removing spouse score from EE profile and informing OINP about a change in situation be the correct way, because even without spouse IELTS score i will be at CRS 400 and think OINP may still consider my application based on this CRS.

Please guide me I am not able to understand what to do.

Your turn will come soon It will be processed really fast in 3-4 days when your status changes to DIP. So relax

Same with my case waiting since 12th July with NOC code 2174. Still it is in "Submitted" stage.

The stream has reached its current registration limit and no additional registrations for this stream can be accepted at this time. I didn't expect the HCP stream to close this early

I believe all the applications currently in progress (in whatever stages they are - Submitted, Assessment or Decision in Progress) will receive nominations soon.

It says new registrations intake is on hold. They will process all the submitted applications plus all the applications which are in process of submission I.e. one key already registered.

Yes. I guess it is. People who have already registered but yet not submitted have to hurry before their profile expires
