Extract from OINP Updates as at June 26th
Deadlines for the HCP Stream:
Your Notification of Interest (NOI) is valid for six months. This means that you must register a profile for the HCP Stream in the OINP e-Filing Portal within six months of receiving your NOI from Ontario.
Once you register a profile for the HCP Stream in the OINP e Filing Portal, you must submit your complete application to the OINP within 14 calendar days.
The 14 day deadline to apply following registration for the HCP Stream must not be confused with the validity period of your NOI from Ontario.
Note: An NOI does not guarantee you a registration in the OINP e Filing Portal. If you intend to apply for the HCP Stream, it is recommended that you register a profile and submit an application as soon as possible to ensure that your application is received before Ontario’s nomination allocation is fulfilled.
The note indicates that OINP is now fastly approaching its' Quota. There is a good news for ICT candidates and some specific Engineering candidates that now OINP will also send NOI's to those below 400.

My Canadian citizen brother birth certificate is missing Mohammad from my father name where as in my birth certificate Mohammad is there in my father name. Will it be a problem? or should I submit overseas ID cards of our Native country which shows the exact Father name in both ID cards of mine and my brother.
I can provide contract and relieving letter stating that this person was employed from this date A to date B but the job responsibilities are not mentioned. will that be of any help
You will have to get detailed Job Responsible letter or get additional documents as a proof that you belong to a particular NOC code. Does your appointment letter or increment letter or other documents from your employer has thia information?
No you don't need Police Certificate from Canada. They will get your record directly from Agencies in Canada regardless of the fact that you have stayed in Canada or not.

Both are fine as long as you can explain it. You can also attach an affidavit on a blank page from your father stating details about you and your brother, and including his contact details in case of further information.

In the instruction they say that you must submit copies of six months of your most recent bank statements... but I'll put the money in the bank these days. Is it acceptable to provide only the current bank certification letter or is it mandatory for 6 months bank statements? :/

sorry I'am a little confused.. if I let the NOI pending for some months, I may risk not getting the PNP?
You need to attach 6 months bank statements but the balance requirement only applies from the time of Application till you are Nominated. For any amount added just provide the cross reference. That is if coming from your account then attach statement and if gifted then provide gift deed or affidavit. Also, explain this in Letter of Explanation.
I am working as a project manager since last 3 years and that is the NOC under which I have applied. Should I be requesting my previous employers to send me a reference letter for NOC code which applied to me when I was a junior engineer ?
