Thank you Bill. I want to write for reconsideration. I'm just confused as to how to go about this as this is the final chance with them this time to proof myself worthy of the nomination. Also, my score is currently 401. Border line really, ITA hasn't gone so low yet.

I had been asked to do same as the lady you mentioned. It was a bit confusing to me as I was certain I fall under 1111. So I sought professional help which had my letter from my employer reviewed, alongside my CV and concluded that I had indeed picked the correct NOC (1111) and my employment reference letter was not written properly.

I got my employer to rewrite the reference in more detail to capture what I do, along with redacted emails from colleagues showing correspondence on the job and a letter from a professional body I'm affiliated with in my country. Although she also pointed out that some of my duties fell within 1311 but as most/my main duties fell in 1111, so these evidences should suffice. I submitted these with my response via email. And then the refusal came.

Now with the refusal, I don't know how to present my case to OINP so they consider everything holistically bearing in mind they will not consider any fresh document at this time (as stated on the letter).

Please do you have any advice on how i can go about this?

Thank you for your help. I wish I was more active on this platform before submitting.
Hey guys,

Please any hints/advice for me? Bill and the older ones on this forum?

Thanks.

Dear one mir
1. The contract can be any document you and your employer would have signed as a part of your recruitment. In most part of the world, it is a legal requirement as well. The employer will usually not issue but you should have a retained copy of this agreement.

Make primary NOC in which you have more than 1 Year experience in the last 5 Years and have the most relevant documents available. I would suggest selecting the primary NOC for which you can produce documents indicating Job details that can significantly match with NOC details. There have been cases of rejection due to NOC issue.

2. You will be eligible for FSW provided you have proper documents to support your points claimed.

3. Your final balance should be above the threshold decided by CIC. I don't know which currency you are indicating and how much they are in CAD. Gift Deed should work and as an additional supporting document, you can attach an Affidavit Written on a Blank Page properly signed by your father with his contact details mentioned for further information if required.

In any case, don't submit documents unless you are comfortable and sure. I hope this will help.

Good Luck!
Dear @BillHyatt

Thank you for your quick response!

Dear, I hail from India, Request you to solve one more issue related to my Primary NOC-2173
Since, you have mentioned that NOC is also most important part because some have received rejection on this part .. so my question is:

"Licensing by a provincial or territorial association of professional engineers is required to approve engineering drawings and reports and to practise as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.)."

How to get license under NOC-2173 while staying outside canada??

You don't need to before you got your PR. Even Doctors and Accountants need licence but they Apply for it after reaching Canada.

Hi everyone, I need your advice.

I created EE profile last week and have a CRS score of 467. I got Expression of Interest for OINP on 23rd of June (last week, again). Today's Express Entry draw has a cut off of 449 and I am expecting ITA within 24-hours. I have read that having nomination for OINP will speed up the PR process. I request you to share your opinion on the following questions:

1. Should I to apply for OINP at this stage when I am expecting ITA shortly?
2. Does having OINP really speed up the PR process compared to not having a nomination?

Thanks in advance.

CRS - 467
EE profile created - 21/06/2017
ONIP Expression of interest - 23/06/2017

Minimum requirement is 67 for FSWP. Don't apply now as they will ask documents to prove these points and your file will not move forward in my opinion.

Hi People,

I created an OINO profile before realizing the 14 day deadline for submission. The deadline has now elasped, however I am still able to login to the same profile. How do I go about cancelling the existing profile and thereafter create a new one?

Can someone guide me as to the proper NOC for Relationship Manager in Retail Banking. I had chosen NOC 6235 but I am not too sure.

Many thanks.

Your points are coming like 71 in total.

This IELTS score is in actual band and not clb I guess. As clb chart is different.
