Hello Everyone, wants to confirm if Skilled worker Express Entry category is opened in OINP or not - as i can see Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream opened along with Masters & PHD Graduate. If not opened can anyone guide when it is expected to open.

Hi Seniors,
I received OINP with 417 CRS score on 28th Feb 2017 for NOC 1121.I had registered on 5th March with one key account.Now i have 14 days to submit the online application.
My doubt is that i have ECA for my B.Tech but not my MBA(1 year Executive not recognized by WES).Moreover, after B.tech i have worked for 3 years in IT organisation with different NOC(2171) not my relevant NOC(1121)
Now while filling the OINP application , i have not put my 3 years IT experience and 1 year executive MBA, as i am not claiming points for them.
Could you please tell me whether i can fill both my 3 years IT experience and 1 year executive MBA in OTHER ACTIVITIES,however ,they have mentioned that {Other Activities (excluding education and paid work)} on the OINP application site.
Please suggest, i am very much confused

Few queries pertaining to funds -
Joint account with father will work?
Bank has issued a statement that funds are easily and anytime accessible by Primary applicant(me in this case).
Spouse Account and FD on her name will work?
some document needed that can primary applicant access those funds or not?
EPF & PF Account will work??
both of primary applicant n spouse?
Any faster resolution will be much appreciated.

created EE profile on Mar. 3rd and still waiting for NOI. I feel there are still caps for us because I heard many people declined their NOI after last federal draw.

Guys, given the mess Ontario created for themselves last year by issue way too many PT NOIs it's quite possible that the new system has bem limited somehow... it will issue a few NOI's once a week only. Bear in mind that there are still candidates from last year waiting for their nominations (yup +12 months)...
Another point to consider, what are the selection criteria? Just have 400 points? 400 points with a profile that is less than 3 months old (last year's criteria)? Or all that plus be of a specific NOC? We're finding things put slowly and they've just opened up the program.
My suggestion is to have some patience (you'll learn that this a a much needed virtue with OINP), make sure you profile is up to date and relatively new and hope for the best. In the meanwhile you may get an ITA as the CRS cut off seems to be lowering with each draw.

Got email from OINP today, sharing some new information:
After you successfully register a profile, you must submit your application to the OINP with 14 calendar days. Any NOIs sent as of February 23, 2017 will be valid for six months for applications to the HCP stream.
