Hello Guys,
Firstly, congrats to all the people who got NOI from Ontario under Human Resources Category (FSW and CEC class).
Guys please post how many got got NOI with their scores, Profile created date and which class you applied.
Members from Canada who has more than 400 also post their views.
It helps for others.

CRS- 428
February 24, EE profile withrdawn.
Using the same GcKey I created a new EE profile on the same day (Feb 24, 2017). It took 24 hours for my profile to be active (after job bank registration).
EE profile re-created: Feb 24, 2017
CRS 428
NOI received February 27, 2017.

I have created my EE profile on 6th January and didn't got anything so I withdraw that profile and recreated on 24th Feb but still didn't receive NOI.
BTW I have 411 points and also meet all the eligibility criteria.
Your response would be appreciated.

You mean residing in Ontario?? If that's what you are asking then, YES, I am currently living in Ontario and got an NOI. Check my info.sky305 said:
I had no control over getting NOI...I think all you have to do is make sure you have your profile active and have selected Ontario when opening the EE profile. I think you should give Ontarion Immigration a few days...be patient.sky305 said:

Either choose Ontario, Alberta and BC
or choose all provinces.
Also it is possible to have clicked all 4 of these possibilities at the same time, it will disable the option for data collecting for ON and BC. That is how it works. So it may cause Ontario not to see you.
