Seniors, please correct me if am wrong.. so, If my understanding is correct once i recevied NOI I will have 45 days to create a profile with one-key. once profile is created I will have 14 days to submit all the docs?

I created my profile first in August 2016. Then withdrew it on 25th February, 2017 and recreated a new one the same day. It got activated on 26th February, 2017. My EE score is 427, and OINP score is 75/100. My NOC - 0213 for past 2 years and 2171 for 8 years before that, both are in the OINP list. I have based my application on 2171, being the max work experience. Still waiting for NOI and its frustrating now.

No logic seems to be working here now. Can't say that only new profiles have got NOI, as old ones have got NOI as well. Can't say only high points have got NOI, as people with 401 score have also got NOI. Don't know what is the chance now ..

You would get a message in your GC Account and that should trigger a mail to your mailbox.

Guys,
If you have not received NOI simply re-create a new profile asap. Then wait for 2-3 days for NOI. If you still dont get it re-create another one. Dont sit idle, there can be a bug in the system but we have to fight and win the game.

Points:
1) Change the email of the job bank first to another email. This will help you keep the same email for EE and job bank.
2) There is a calculated risk in this game. For account activation you may need exactly 24 hours and if OINP closes the stream by that time then it will be a disaster.

I have a question. My Immigration representative created my profile (for a fee) in the month of July 2016, and have complete access to my profile. I have tried contacting them in vain over the past week to provide an update on my profile, but have obtained no feedback.

Would it be possible for me to generate a new Profile on the system, though the old one still exists? I can probably ask the representative to cancel the old profile, but that would also mean cancelling my use of them as a representative and lose out on the service provided by them. However that would be a small price to pay, considering the newer profile escapes any glitch on the review and selection system.

Any advice on what I should do would be helpful...

I personally prefer to handle the full process alone. It takes a lot of time but its fun to be a part of the game.
But there are many consultants who work really hard to meet the requirements of their clients.

In your case I would suggest creating a new profile with job bank registration with a new email address. Do this asap before OINP closes. Then you can send your consultant an email requesting them to delete your profile (or whatever you feel right).
If you get a NOI in 2 days, time will teach you the whole process. Dont worry !
I have great respect for this forum (canadavisa). Many seniors here are really helpful and I am grateful to them.

Other friends might help you in this as I am not completely sure.

I would say that whatever you show in your application, CIC should be able to verify easily. If they cannot, the process will get delayed and could result in misinterpretation. To me any declared income must have a tax documentation.

I have received NOI from OINP and waiting to fill my application online. Has anyone completed the application and submitted? I have one query on the Date of birth. DOB is showing as mandatory field but I am not able to enter date in the field. Do anyone face the same issue? Pls advise.

Can we go the ITA way even after accepting the OINP-NOI?
Like will I be in the running for the subsequent express entry draws, once I create the one-key, submit tthe docs and pay the 1.5K.
Or will my profile be blocked in some way?
