I think achieving a minimum of 7,7,7,8 for R,W,S,L respectively would surely get you there but in the case you want to try other PNPs, see a list with links below that you can follow to get more information. You can get Manitoba PNP without having a family or friend resident there if you go through Morden community (see the link for Morden for more information). I hope this helps.
