Hello Guys,

CRS: 429

EE Profile Created: 01-Jan-16
EE Profile Updated by Selecting (Check boxing ONTARIO PNP) OINP: 31-Jan-16

CLB: R - 8, W - 9, S - 8, L - 7
Education: Masters in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Work: (NOC A - 2171) from 15 months in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Haven't received an ITA from Ontario.
How many days does it usually take to receive an ITA.
You need to withdraw your existing EE profile and recreate a new one in order to receive PT NOI from Ontario.
Once you receive it, you can then send your OINP application to receive nomination which will fetch you additional 600 CRS points under CEC category.
ITA is Invitation to Apply for Permanent Residency.

Quick question:

I qualify for both FSW and CEC .. but I would like to get my profile accessed against CEC.. In that case do I have to submit pay stub from foreign job work exp (FSW) or just reference letter ..?

appreciate it

thanks

Hi, I have a friend who had completed his graduation degree (BA) from Delhi school of open learning (SOL) (which is a part of Delhi University) in third division in the year 2007 to 2010. Along with this, he had also completed a one year advance German language course from Delhi University from 2009-2010

Query 1. Would WES recognize a BA degree in third division from Delhi University (SOL) and give it equivalency to Bachelor's in Canada?

Query 2. Does the above two educational qualifications make him eligible to apply under CIC's "Two or more Degrees, diplomas or certification" category?

Query 3. Will the over-lapping completion time of Degree and Diploma make any difference?

Please help me with the above queries.

A: WES should answer this question.
Query 2. Does the above two educational qualifications make him eligible to apply under CIC's "Two or more Degrees, diplomas or certification" category?
A: Once you do the evaluation, then you can figure it out.
Query 3. Will the over-lapping completion time of Degree and Diploma make any difference?
A: No.
Please help me with the above queries.

Hi RajKamal,

Thanks for your patience and commitment in answering all the questions. All the Best for your OINP and subsequent PR.

After getting PT from OINP, I have submitted the documents on Jan 10th 2016. As per the recent comments, excluding Dec and Jan from the processing time, I expect OINP to make a decision on or before mid April. Is it too early to apply for PCC. My current address and passport address are same, got it renewed on Dec 2014(deemed as Police verification not required). So, I expect some delay in getting PCC (if not mine, at least in getting my spouse PCC, whose address is different in passport).

Do you feel, its the right time to start PCC now or wait for some more time. I need to get PCC only from India. Have you started your PCC process rolling.

Thanks in advance
.

Fantastic guide! Well done!

Two quick questions:
1) Is the AOR sent by mail or email?
2) Notarizing - I live in Brazil, so if I notarize a document the stamp and text will be in Portuguese, would I then need to translate the notarized document (even if the document is in english) just because the notarized stamp is in Portuguese?

This document list is absolutely fine. You can write a cover letter and add it at the beginning of this application package.

As stated below, you need to order a duplicate copy of your ECA from WES. WES has to send your ECA copy directly to OINP. You need to attach the reference number/receipt of your ECA order along with your package. But, please do this after getting your PT.

"As of December 4, 2015, applicants to Ontario’s Express Entry streams – Human Capital Priorities and French-Speaking Skilled Worker - are required to have an original or official copy of their Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report sent directly from their ECA-issuing organization to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), at the address given below for the Attention: OFFICER – HM.

Officer – HM
Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)

400 University Ave
Toronto ON | M7A 2R9"

Just a heads up, making DD is a tedious process in India. I had a tough time in getting it from HDFC Bangalore, they were very slow in responding. I heard ICICI is quicker. But all banks ask for 15 CA and 15 CB forms from a Chartered Accountant(they do charge 3k-4k), banks claim this process is recently introduced by RBI.

Yes Sangalp. also had a tough time in getting it. I got it quickly from ICICI but only after Form 15CA and the chartered accountant charged 4K. I am also from Bangalore.
