Hi All,
I am working in TCS in Canada. came on deputation from India. Currently I am working on Closed Work Permit. My WP comes under WP - ICT ( Intra Company Transfer). I hope it should be LMIA Exception. I got an invitation for Human Capital Stream on February 02, 2023 from Ontario province. While filling my application, I have queries in following questions in "Employment in Ontario" section. Please advise me on following Yes/No questions, which one I have to select.

I am assuming you are applying under Federal Skilled Worker Stream rather than CEC.
I am not sure if we can proceed with the application if the answer to the forst question is NO. if then,
So answer to your first question would be NO. Incase if you have a Job offer (if TCS is able to provide you one upon your request) choose Yes.

I am having 3 years work experience in Ontario, so it should be under CEC category.
while submitting my extension my employer gave me a Job offer I am planning to use that one, so I have given Yes to the 1st question.

LMIA - No - If I select No for this question, one more question is populating newly. I have pasted the question below. Please have look into it and provide your inputs. I am too confused about this question. Dont know what I have to select. Please help.

Going to. Preparing the documents. Actually I have a question, do we need to declare car loans and credit card emis when showing proof of funds? I am currently in Malaysia, and I have the required amount but only if I don't account for the car loan.
Also, can I just show the money available in my Indian accounts? The amount I will fall short on can be made up by getting some money from my parents as a Gift Deed. So, would it be possible to just show my Indian accounts?
Hi Meharoof, You can only provide your savings , investments for the proof of funds. Loan and Credit cards are not acceptable because those are not your money.
Yes of course, you can show your money in your Indian accounts as well. Because you are applying from outside Canada.

Yes I understand that. My question is whether we have to declare the car loans and credit card emi's that I have here in Malaysia in our application. Will not declaring them become a problem later on? As for meeting the fund requirements I am planning to get my parents to gift some money and write up a gift deed, affidavit and a letter of explanation.
Regarding the employer reference letters, the letters from my employers do not contain a detailed list of duties and responsibilities as mentioned in the guide. Do I need this, or only required from current employer? I can try to raise a request with past HR's but I am not sure how soon they will respond.

For medical doctors through oinp, who had their ECA from MCC, is it ok to put this ECA or it should be from WES?
IRCC approves MCC and its in their list
But the thing is , organisations like PEBC or MCC dont share ECA with oinp
