One more thing please, While making payment to WES in my account, I find that in my orders on 16th June, 2016,there are two recipients one myself and second IRCC ( Electronic copy).

Further for present request the first option is YOU. Which obviously I have said NO, Second recipient they have put IRCC by default with two options EDIT/ DELETE. Third recipient I have filled “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, File No.“

My question is should I delete IRCC as recipient this time. and request for OINP only or let it go to IRCC also. What did you do, delete IRCC as recipient or not. How much did you pay.

You need to order a duplicate report to OINP.

1) Login to your WES account
2) On your Initial Application Order, click Order Duplicate IRCC
3) Select Immigration on the Purpose > Click Next
4) Recipient 1: NO
Recipient 2: Delete IRCC
Click 'Add Recipient'
5) Search 'Ontario' > Select Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MIIT
6) On the 'Attention To', enter your OINP File Number, e.g. XSHW-12345 > Click Add this Recipient > Next
7) Review your order. You'll see this:

Recipient Information
Recipient 1: Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT Edit
Division: Opportunities Ontario, Provincial Nominee Program
Department: Ministry of Citizenship, Immigration, & Intl Trade
Number of reports: 1 ($30.00)
Delivery Method: Standard Mail via Canada Post - $7.00
Harmonized Sales Tax (HST): $4.81

Total Price: $41.81 (All fees are in Canadian dollars.)​

8) Click Submit and make Payment

I am sorry for getting into panic mode and putting the same question in many threads. After going through the arduous task of completing and submitting the application, I felt like getting done with this phase by ordering duplicate ECA on the earliest. My commitment to my job has been suffering a lot. This redesigning of WES website added to the confusion of ordering duplicate and taking refund. This change of deleting default IRCC receiving is simple and helpful now.
Many many thanks for your support and prompt replies to help me. The payment of about CAD 41 was done smoothly.

Sorry for being in a hurry to get the answer to my question by putting the question in many threads. I am really thankful to you for your support and detailed guidance.Removing hurdle of first adding IRCC as a recipient and subsequently getting refund is gone now.

I would love to have some thoughts here... The money I will use for settlement funds proof is invested on my savings account in bonds and stocks with daily liquidity. Do you think I need to get my broker monthly statements certified translated? Apart from my name and the name of the bank, the statements have pretty much only numbers. I am planning to make an LOE to indicate what are bonds and what are stocks. Has anyone been in this situation? Good luck for us all. Thanks!

i used some part of fund requirements from my pension scheme account, i showed the current value in my local currency and the amount deducted if i immediately withdrew those funds from my pension account

I agree that your score wouldn't change at >3.5. Though it is risky to produce all the documents, It is mandatory to disclose all your history. You can find thread on the same question.

Guys, for those that are having issues with the attachments (Attachments disappearing after submission). In my case I submitted my application, made the payment and after that all my attachments are not showing anymore. I sent an email to the technical support mailbox but I never got a response soI emailed the ontarionominee mailbox and they just replied saying that the reviewed my case and that they received my payment and my application WITHOUT the attachments and that I needed to send all my documents through email.

I sent my application on July 13th.

Hope this helps those on the same situation.
