OINP - EE - Human Capital Priorities Stream - Comprehensive Guide

Guys can you provide any advise or format for writing the following letters:

1. Intent to Reside in Ontario
2. An explanation of why your passport could not be renewed at the time of the application. ( This is mentioned on page 42 of application guide Human Capital Priorities).

I received NOI in June and planning to apply this week.

I would appreciate any help.

1. It has been answered in this forum many times. Just write about Why Ontario is better than other states. Like more job opportunities in my field, better higher education with many Institutes in World Top 100, better Health System and incentives, Better standard of live and diversity.

2. Just write the actual reason in LOE. For instance in my country it cannot be renewed before 180 days from Expiry etc.

My spouse is NOT accompanying me. Should I sign Schedule B and D? Am I supposed to sign them since he is not joining me to Canada?

Did you renewed your profile in the last week? Now chances are lower as they have already distributed many NOI. Unless many candidates doesn't accept it chances are low.

You have to sign it.

The Scheldule B and D is where they asked accompanying spouse to sign that i will be allowed to disclose information about him and also collect information on his behalf. Since I intend traveling alone and won't be applying for my spouse, please confirm that i need to sign it.

Because,from my calculation,i won't be disclosing or collecting anything on his behalf.
