You have 2 options, "SELECT ANY ONE"
1) Use your current email id & progress that you have made, and try to change the things on the basis of where you are stuck.
THERE IS NO PIN AND ENROLLMENT details required at any stage. Its just the wrong page thats being getting loaded. (I have also faced the same issue)
2) Use new email id and do follow following process
Process Steps:
A) Go to following link and fill all the details

B) After clicking on "Sign Up" (Red color Icon), another page will load. DONT go anywhere from here, J
UST LOG OFF from new account that you have created
C) Go to following link
https://www.services.citizenship.gov.on.ca/pnp_index/resources/app/guest/index.html#!/
D) I am not a robot page will come, it will ask questions to select pictures (in some browser it wont ask question on picture and green tick will come directly). Complete this and click on Continue (Blue colour icon)
E) Next page will show 3 options;
1) A returning user who has previously registered for the OINP
2) A new applicant who wants to register
3) A new representative who wants to register
F) Click on 2nd option (A new applicant who want to register)
Now it will show three stream:
1) Job Offer
2) Human Capital
3) Busines
Under Human Capital click on "Ontario's Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream".
G) Start filling details, and click on Next (Blue colour icon)
H) NOW MAGIC HAPPENS - It will directly go to following link
https://www.one-key.gov.on.ca/iaalogin/IAALogin.jsp
HERE fill your onekey ID and password that you have set on
Step A
I) Once you fill that detail, process will continue and it will ask for other details.
J) Fill all the details and it will rest on page which shows following information
ONe-key has made several changes. Find out more
You currently have access to the service(s) listed below.
You can enrol for accessing additional services from the Available Services menu, on the left side of the screen.
K) Click on "Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program" and you can start filling your form (Fill you form in 14 days or else it will get expired)
DONT WAIT FOR LAST DAY, AS ONE KEY SITE QUITE OFTENLY GETS DOWN OR IN MAINTENANCE. AND MOSTLY IN WEEKENDS.
l) If you are doing payment, make sure that your credit card has option "ON" for International Payments or else payment will be denied from you credit card company
