I had the same issue - the amount was charged to my credit card but my status remained "Waiting for Submission" for a few days. Since you've already tried everything - emails and calls to Ontario - I guess you'll just have to wait for your status to change or Ontario to write back to you.

There was no need to cancel your earlier transaction - sometimes the time taken to reflect your payment and update on the Ontario e-filing portal is longer.

Nominations are delayed due to changes and updates by CIC. OINP will send Nominations this week starting today or definitely by next week.

I know many people are waiting with their status Decision in Progress (DIP) from even more than 2 weeks.

I have talked to OINP regarding this and they said that DIP takes time as they usually send Nominations in group.

That means logically an officer Takes Final Decision and insert their remarks (Satisfied, Approved, Additional Info, etc) but Nominations will be sent on a particular day.

I am really hoping to see you guys getting Nominations tonight. Good Luck!

I have submitted my application 26 days ago on 17th of May and my case went to Decision in Progress 18 days ago on 25th of May. My status still shows Decision In Progress and they have not asked for any kind of additional document so far. My NOC is 2171. Meanwhile, my friend had submitted her application 13 days ago and she got nomination today (NOC 4021). As far as I'm happy for her, but this seems a little bit discouraging as I have not received any update about my application on today's set of nomination too. I hate to sound negative but I started to feel nervous as of today, simply because I'm observing others cases are moving forward and mine has not changed at all. It seems that I lost today's nomination too...

Here is my timeline:

NOI = 13 April 2017
Date Submitted = 17 MAY 2017
Assessment = 25 MAY 2017 **** Not sure whether this stage was skipped or not!!!!
Decision In Progress = 25 MAY 2017


and here is my friend's timeline:

No need to worry, as I predicted they have started to distribute Nominations Today. Few more got it today and I hope you will also receive it soon if not today.

They will keep distributing till each Friday therefore candidates will receive it on different days.

If a work contract is an offer letter, then i have it for my last company and the current one. In all about 2 years and 9 months of experience. In this case, if I recheck my CRS with 2 years of experience, the score falls to 413.

How should I proceed from this point? Suggestions are badly needed .....

A work contract is a written agreement between an employer and employee and lists important details like salary, work hours, date of joining etc.

It is more detailed and quite different from an offer letter.

since draw date is very close and your cut off is high enough. There is high probability that you will get ITA. so wait up and gear up should score goes up, you have OINP to fall back to. gather ur doc though cos you will need it for either direct ITA or OINP PNP.

I have been trying to contact ONtario on the below numbers but they are not picking up calls. Anyone having additional contact numbers pls share.

Since last 2 weeks my OINP profile shows Decision in Process.
I submitted profile on 17th May 2017. OINP requested some documents on 22nd May which I submitted on 24th May. But since 30th May no reply from OINP..

How much time it will take to give NOI???
