during first step of application, it has been asked Last name and First name. Does the First name means Given name in Passport ?

It was decision in progress long before their email came through and it's still decision in progress.
For me,
It was changed to Decision in Progress and then they ask me additional information and status was changed to Awaiting information. When I submitted my additional documents, they changed the status to decision in progress again.

yes, It was a procedural fairness letter. I submitted it on May 18,17. Still waiting for their decision.
Is anyone able to access the login? I have received NOI on 26th May, and since that time still not able to log in.
I logged on yesterday and was able to complete my application.
But the page crashed after I made the payment. Now I'm waiting for the confirmation email and my status to change from "Awaiting submission" to "Submitted".
when did you created one key ? I wrote an email to them, still waiting for reply. Is there any formality to be done after receiving NOI ? I jumped to create one key and followed by tried to login on OINP page, which has not allowed me to be in single time till date.
I created One key last week. Yesterday I uploaded the documents. I wrote to the technical team too about my status still showing "Waiting for Submission".

I uploaded my documents, made the payment and submitted my OINP application 46 hours ago on the e-filing portal. But I haven't received the confirmation email or the payment receipt yet. Also, my status shows "Waiting for Submission" since the last 2 days. I wrote to the technical team, reporting this issue but I haven't heard from them yet.
Anyone else faced this issue? How was it resolved?

Thanks Man. I wrote an email to them and as a positive response they have rectify the error. So now I am preparing my application online.
I ran into a technical glitch myself after I hit the submit button. I've written to them. Now waiting for their reply.
