I didn't get any reply yet. I sent an email to the same address from where I got the procedural fairness letter. It was oinp.team3(MCI). I made a call to the immigration office before sending my documents. They asked me to send at the same email Id from where I got letter.

yes, It was a procedural fairness letter. I submitted it on May 18,17. Still waiting for their decision.

For me, It was changed to Decision in Progress and then they ask me additional information and status was changed to Awaiting information. When I submitted my additional documents, they changed the status to decision in progress again.

check the status for your application by logging in to OINP website. It might be changed to "Decision In Progress"
