Dear All seniors,

Am new to this OINP program. OINP program is only for those having valid job offer from Ontario employers.

Sorry for asking this question because little confused with calculating my CRS points. Presently am below cut off points for FSWP.

OINP has different PNP streams. The one that is most popular and which does not require a job offer is Human Capital Priorities Stream. To be eligible for this, you need to have atleast 400 CRS points and need to select Ontario as your preferred province in your EE profile.

There is no clear idea. However, we can expect it to open soon since it has been paused since 16th Feb 2016, and it will be almost a year now.

I agree, we have to renew/create a new EE profile. But in the 'Receipt of nominee application' or AOR (not sure if they are the same) that I received 20-Aug-2016, it says 'Should your Express Entry profile - for which Ontario’s Notification of Interest was issued - expire or be removed from the Express Entry system, and should you wish to continue with your OINP application using a new profile, you must email the following to our office within 30 calendar days of this letter'.

So what should we do in this case, since the 30 days period is over. My EE profile gonna expire 6th Feb, 2017. And still waiting from OINP for status update.

You can let it expire and then recreate it or you can withdraw you current profile and recreate now, it's up to you!

If you've already recreated your EE profile and sent them the required information then don't worry about it! They rarely acknowledge this sort of communication.

Just sit back and wait for your NoM or a NLA email. If you get a NLA email just email them again all the information about your new profile.

This means they've finally used up the PNPs for 2016... From this we can assume one of two options:
1. They will start using the allocation/quota for 2017 straight away to nominate the remaining 2016 candidates and will open OINP to new candidates VERY SOON
2. They will wait for some approval before using the 2017 quota, resulting in a nomination drought for the next few weeks/months, which will be very bad news for 2016 candidates still waiting and potential new candidates waiting for OINP to reopen.

Re-creating the profile = creating a new profile. Just do what you did to create your initial profile. You can use the same GCkey. Once you are done, you can login to the same job bank account you have and update the new EE profile number and job seeker validation code.

do i need to say YES or NO, since i only created CIC profile but didnt get any ITA. plz kindly suggest.

Hi Raj,

Please help me with one more question i have...

i am trying to update my Canadian work experience in my express entry profile to get few more points, since i just completed total 2 years of continuos full time work experience in canada. i have moved to Ontario 6 months ago and i have been working at my current employer since last 6 months.
as part of that, i am trying to update intend to work section in work history, but i am confused whether i should answer the below question as YES or NO.

[Has ABC been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?) [

Relax and let things take their own turn. In my last 4 days of validity of my 3rd EE profile, I received nomination and then ITA just a day before profile expiry. So, you still have a lot of time.

Seniors, please help me with this question. I received an ADR to which I replied yesterday, 1 day before the 15 days deadline. My documents translations had typing mistake, some of them are serious like in my name. I have explained in an LOE the mistakes and it is easy to see them in the original documents.

Now I have told them that I had already sent the documents with problems for retranslation that will finish on tuesday.

How do you suggest I approach this. Do I send only the PDF's that were erroneous or all the documents again? Should I wait and not send anything? Some PDF's have half the documents translated do I submit only the pages which were wrong or all of it? Thanks.

Send it again this time correct and explained that only now you managed to get correction from translation. that way you will show that you did all you could to forward the correct documents.

Thanks Vensak but do I send all the documents? I had 7 PDF's with 3 having errors.

So if you get the nomination from OINP, and add it to EE profile, get ITA from CIC, all before EE profile expiry, is it okay if EE Profile expires when we start sending Application documents to CIC, or when the CIC starts reviewing the Application that has been sent. please share your take/experience. Thanks.
