Did you get the nomination yet? My status is "Awaiting Information" now, I sent them the documents required and now waiting.
One more thing, why your NOC = 2147/2281 is this. My NOC is 2174, can we have multiple?

Additionally, we both are on same boat, can you please message me your phone number. I am also from Pakistan. Lets get in touch if you feel ok with it.

2147 is for Computer Engineers, 2281 is for Computer technicians
I have worked in both NOCs during my 5 years of Job experinece
i am in DIP since 14th Aug, check my signature for timeline
we can stay in touch here

I hope we will get nomination soon Inshah Allah... e-portal is ON and OFF ... it is still OFF. I assume they are upgrading status or system. Let me know when you get your Nomination.

I have submitted my application to oinp hcp last night. Now I am thinking of duplicate ECA report.

1. Should I order for duplicate ECA report even though I haven't received any mail request from oinp regading this?
2. While ordering, what to write in the "Attention to" box?
3. Should I order a ECA duplicate report of my spouse as she is accompanying me?

Your wise suggestions on the above issues will be highly appreciated.

1. Order duplicate standard
2. Order duplicate IRCC..
Which one should i Select? after select "order duplicate standard" then Immigration but i can't find any provincial nominee option instated directly ask for recipient address.. If i add "Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT" in recipient and want to make a order, it shows only $7 will be charge for this, however every one pays a charge of $42 for this.. Am I doing anything wrong?? please guide me..

3) Select Immigration on the Purpose > Click Next
4) Recipient 1: NO
Recipient 2: Delete IRCC
Click 'Add Recipient'
5) Search 'Ontario' > Select Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MIIT
6) On the 'Attention To', enter your OINP File Number, e.g. XSHW-12345 > Click Add this Recipient > Next
7) Review your order. You'll see this:

Division: Opportunities Ontario, Provincial Nominee Program
Department: Ministry of Citizenship, Immigration, & Intl Trade
Number of reports: 1 ($30.00)

From other forums, I gather that duplicate WES is required for primary applicant only. One should order it after submitting application even if you haven't received email from OINP. Below is the procedure:

You have to login to WES and apply for duplicate report and send the same to OINP.
Please follow the below steps:
1) Login to your WES account
2) On your Initial Application Order, click Order Duplicate IRCC
3) Select Immigration on the Purpose > Click Next

Friends,
I am in the process of creating my ECA application in WES which is required to create the EE profile.

In the initail WES application, I can include OINP as an addition recipient. Should I do this at this stage. This costs extra and also I don't even know at this stage if OINP would issue NOI for me selecting from the pool after creating the EE profile.
So can I send the duplicate copy only if I get the NOI from OINP.

on the other hand , the OINP guide line says that we must authorize WES to enable OINP to have access to our ECA results. What does this mean ? In the initial application there's no place to grant such authorization other than adding OINP as a recipient.

please advice.
