OINP Duplicate ECA Copy Required from WES

Hi,Same issue I am facing. I ordered last night and the payment was successful too but not present in my order list. Is your issue resolved yet & showed I email WES in this regards?

Hi my issue was resolved the following monday. I assume you made the payment over the weekend just like me. You should email the support team with your order details and they will send you the confirmation mail in a day or two.

I have received NOI from Ontario on 10th July and I am planning to submit my application by end of next week by 0721. So should I order a duplicate of my WES ECA report to ONIP now or should I order it after I submit my application?
What do you suggest?

Hey Friends,

Can anyone of you suggest if I need to order duplicate ECA report to OINP only for me (I am the primary applicant) or do I need to order for my spouse too (as I am having CRS points in my total CRS score for spouse too). The OINP "Application Guide" does not seem to say anything for spouse ECA report, it talks only about spouse English test references.

I submitted my OINP on 1st June, 2017 and made the payment for the same as well. On 2nd June, I ordered for a duplicate copy of the ECA report to be sent to CIC and also to Ontario for OINP. I emailed them asking for acknowledging if they have received my ECA and they said they will update me when they receive it. Today I got an email asking for:-

Applicants to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s (OINP) Human Capital Priorities Stream or French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream are required to submit a copy of their Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report. You provided a copy of an ECA report from the World Education Service (WES).

In order to verify the results of your ECA report, we require you to authorize WES to share your ECA results with OINP. OINP requires this authorization to complete the assessment of your application. Please note that your application has not been deemed incomplete but failure to comply with this request can result in the denial of your nominee application.

To authorize WES to share the results of your ECA report you must order a duplicate of your ECA report at: https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp. You must also ensure that “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT” is indicated as the recipient of the report.

If you have any specific questions about how to provide authorization to share your ECA results with OINP, please contact WES directly.

You will have, at maximum, 15 days from the date of this request to submit the above requested documents for our review.

Should the program not receive the requested additional information within the given timeframe, your application will be assessed based on the existing information on file.

But I had already sent them the acknowledgement receipt and also the reference number of my ECA and again I have sent them the same.

Hi,

As soon as you make the payment to WES to be able to give access to your copy of eca to OINP there will be a pdf which will open. That is your actual receipt.

It'll say on top to save it for your reference. I had paid again to WES and then requested them a refund of the earlier one once I got nominated....

You have to order a duplicate copy from Wes . It will be delivered in 1 business day . They will charge 41 cad . Once your order completed just reply to oinp

I got an email from OINP in this regards as well, I applied to WES immediately and got confirmation from them in a day. I emailed back to OINP to acknowledge of the receipt of duplicate report just now. Lets see when they reply back to confirm. I am also thinking of calling them if they do not reply me back in couple of days.
It is easy with WES to send duplicates. Charges 41.45 CAD and took 1 business day.
However, I have a question, that what should we write in "Attention to:" field. I wrote "Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT". Should I write my file number with it or they will understand what case is this regarding?

Wes replied to me that they will and can only send soft copies to OINP.

So Rafy, is it acceptable to OINP that WES will only send duplicates electronically?

Yes I did, and the matter is resolved!
