OINP Duplicate ECA Copy Required from WES

is it for all categories? I meant for CEC and FSW ? or only FSW people are got requesting ECA report from WES?

I am under CEC and send hard copy of ECA with the package to ON. Please advise.

This is for everyone - irrespective of the stream of the applicant.

You can also send a xerox copy of your wes eca hard copy and later when and if oinp needs to verify your eca copy, they can ask you to submit one.

Am i also supposed to pay additional $20 for the delivery of the duplicate report to OINP office ??...i didnt come across any such option when i ordered duplicate copy thru my WES account. What i could comprehend from the mail i got from OINP on 29 Feb was that Email copy would be acceptable.
And do u have any idea that how much time des WES take to deliver the report to OINP ?

I have paid $75.71 as a fees to WES for duplicate report...i think thats the standard charges which apply to such requests ...what refund??....and i think AOR will only be issued after they recieve my ECA report from WES.

Dude, OINP will NOT ask you for additional documents before sending an AOR. Many people have missed their AORs/Ontario has missed to send AOR to quite a few people. You MUST have got your AOR already. When you submit this document, tell Ontario that you never received an AOR email.

You do not need to send a copy to CIC. Use that form and tell them you do NOT need a report to be sent to CIC and ask them for a refund of the costs associated in sending a report to CIC. Applicants are doing just that after they order a copy of ECA report.

A: Only PA

A: There is no such choice...WES will send what is appropriate and required. No need to worry there!

I was wondering why are they sending a copy to CIC as that must have been sent when the ECA was requested initially. So what u are trying to say is that i can get $30 back from them , i am amazed at WES guys btw why are they sending duplicate report to CIC ??

Their portal is still not ready to send a report only to Ontario, I believe. Anyway, you'll get a refund.
