I believe u must send a duplicate ECA to OINP.

Dear all, so happy that most of us are close to nominations.
I have been asked to provide income tax documents. the problem is in my country, there is no trend of getting PAN no. unless we need it. so companies themselves pay lump sum tax of all the employees together. please suggest what kind of docs can I provide?

hey Stunner - couple of questions:
- Are you FSW outland/FSW Inland/CEC?
- In your additional document request email, did the signature of the email say "Investigator/Analyst" or something else?

What would it mean if it said investigator/analyst?

Yes it's a good sign... means you have an ACK!

Your file will now be assessed and then it will move to decision phase.

Just have a little patience and you'll soon have a NoM!

Good luck and speedy NoM.

It is a good sign of course, what is your app date?
i think maybe a week or less, but it depends on OINP really

Two probable cases according to me:

- If its Investigator Analyst who sent ADR then I guess they are just looking through the application to figure if additional docs are required so that it gets enqueued for the senior officer for actual review and move it to decision phase OR provide a decision himself/herself. This will mean relatively more time to get the decision/nomination.

- If its a senior officer who sent ADR, then he will review the application and move it to decision phase/provide a decision. The file wont sit in a queue in this case. This will mean relatively less time to get the decision/nomination.

Needless to say, all of what I sai above is guess-work.

Well my ADR did not have a signature, didn't say investigator/analyst nor senior analyst. just the default OINP signature (address phone number etc), and the title is my file number + C.C

Any idea if that means if it's with an analyst or a senior?
