Need one advice for the ADR.
At the Time Of Initial Application , i only had one account which is Salary Account. 3 Months back i changed and job and new employer forced me to change the salary bank account so opened new account with another bank.
So my question is the new bank account in which salary deposit transactions are there so is it a good idea to send the latest salary slip to support the amount deposit or just send the new bank statement along with the original one which i am using on regular basis ? (Though they haven't ask me to send the latest salary slips)

You're Quite Right Ankur!!
Its always better to furnish the right information with facts and figures. You are being proactive, which should serve the purpose. Along with new bank account and current salary slips, make a small table explaining your date of joining in new organization, new bank account opening date and the date from which your first salary was deposited in the new bank account. Do not forget to add details of your previous bank account as well if its inclusive for the past 6 months records.
