Because i did't hear anything from them after my AoR which was on 12th august and I had no issue with my DD , as i am hearing that there are so many people with DD expired problem... Should i take these in a positive way or i should be worried that they didn't touch my app yet..??

Preety245: My AoR is 16 August and I too did not have any DD issue.

Nothing to worry; Just to pray and hope for a NoM without any additional doc request..

Well for you sake I hope you get your NoM ASAP, but I'm afraid to say that quite a few of CEC applicants in the forum only got their NOM after their WP expired.

My suggestion is to plan for the worse and hope for the best... Look into what you can do to extend you WP, if you've exhausted all options get familiar with implied status and see if you can live there as a visitor for a while, if not return to your home country if possible. Remember to keep you PoF health and not dip below if you need to stay there.

If you get really desperate to speak to them then head over to their office in Toronto.

Hopefully....it's a pity that I have to stop working after the expiry and basically be unemployed. I have been working at the present company for more than 2.5 years so can't imagine a day sitting at home, waiting for a decision from OINP

Anyone who got direct NoM without any additional doc, can please tell how long does did their NoM took after Aor..and did they tried to contact OINP??

I got AOR along with the payment receipt confirmation on August 18. I know for sure that my bank draft was used as i asked my good friend residing in Ontario to pay the fee and let me know when the her account will be deducted in a sum of 1500CAD. She immediately confirmed that after AOR and payment receipt confirmation were sent electronically to me by OPNP officials. Preety245, have you received something else in the e-mail along with AOR?

Well as I understand it when your WP expires you can apply for extension and until you get an answer from IRCC you're OK to continue to work in implied status.

I wish I should have been in a position to answer, as to when we will get our NoMs. Unlike you, I am feeling happy to see the applicants are getting nominations. We have no other option then to remain optimistic, positive and hope for early nomination !!!

We can't even guess the time frame as the NoMs are not issued on FCFS basis.

Witnessing the current trend and the pace, let's hope for our NoMs before year end.

I have a post graduate work permit. From what I know it cannot be extended. Anybody knows?

What you have got is enough, seems your payment document has not expired by the time it was encashed. I would advise you to reserve more patience and wait unless you are on a work permit (or somethig similar) and it expires soon. Otherwise can u imagine for how long the whole process will be delayed if everyone will start to ask OPNP for thier status update each time they are worried? I am personally hoping to hear from Ontario in December 2016 or January 2017 the latest. Just do not think much about it, switch your attention to something useful and you will not notice when the Ontario offices will "knock at your door"/e-mail box with some good news ))

Today I was able to get someone on phone from OINP and when I asked him about the status of my application he said it is currently reviewing by investigator analyst.

This means they are working on multiple applications from different months.

Hopefully we all get nomination soon.

I am also in the same situation as you guys: AOR and payment receipt on August, 11th. No more news since then.
We all just have to be patient, I guess. And hope for the best!

Your timeline is very similar to mine. This is good news that they are working on many applications at one time.
