Hello guys

I need your advice.

I got AOR lately, but in the acknowledge letter and payment receipt, my address was wrong, very minor mistake. For example, in my address it should be ZHONG, but it is typed as 2 HONG.

Then I have checked my application form submitted and it was ZHONG, so I don't know why it was wrong in the letter.

What shall I do now? Reply to the email and let them correct it or need to fill in another standard form (don't know which one)?

Thanks a lot. Cheers

I would say mail them. There is no change in information from your end. It is an error on their end, so an e-mail is the best option. Just remember to mention your file number in the e-mail subject.

Help Please... slight confusion...

I sent the docs to Ontario Office on Ground Floor... The AOR states 5th Floor...

Don't worry, it will get redirected to the 5th floor automatically.

You can reply to that email and let them know the minor mistake along with the correction.

Guys, I have sent my new DD today along with a cover letter via DHL Express.
First, I went to FedEx who refused to send my application package as they asked what all was included in this package and I mentioned about the DD.

FedEx in India have come up with some real stupid rule recently that they will not ship any package which includes DD/Cheque. I got this thing confirmed from their customer care helpline as well.

However, you can still send it via FedEx - provided you include the new DD in a sealed envelope and if asked, tell them that it is some confidential reference letter that is part of the application package. This is the only way you can send it via FedEx.
Else, opt for the little costlier DHL - who will not bother you with any questions.
Hope this helps.

It doesn't matter if there is a mistake in the address. many applicants have this complain. The thing is OINP just will give you nomination and add 600 points in your profile. After that you have to apply to IRCC and so address will not make any difference. If there is a mistake in file number it matters. or else its okay. But still you can send them mail so that you are not at fault.
