this is a quote from the AOR email ,
do i have to write a letter of explanation stating in it my name and file number , and in the same letter do i have to confirm my email so that they send my old DD back ?? anyone have template for such letter ??
can someone elaborate what i should do i know it's clear but i don't want to make any mistakes with OINP,
