Nothingbutwaiting

Visit the Oct to Jan threads; and you will know; majority of the applicants cases are pending for AOR/NOM

Feb applicants are far off in the queues. :o

With the past trend from Oct - Jan, Feb applicants may get AOR / NOM in 2018. :-X :-X :-X

If OINP expedites it could be 2017. :'( :'( :'(

Closely analyse the Oct - Jan threads.
:-\ :-\ :-\

I think 2018 would be too late. I read somewhere on this forum that oinp has reached Jan 2016

many of the February applicants will have to take a IELTS test again. Any of you whose IELTS will expire in 12-15 months now will have to get ready to update the same with new results.

Luckily I just got my new IELTS result in March so atleast no stress about IELTS, though my wp expires in a week

Looking at the updates on their website and the present scenario, it seems that OINP will target to finish processing all applications received so far by December 2016 or maximum upto Feb 2017. They will resume sending PT NOI again in Nov./Dec. 2016, so they would want to minimize their existing workload till then.

IRCC receives anywhere between 2000 to 3000 new applications per month and they are still managing to keep up a fair pace in processing applications. The workload of OINP is pretty less - only 5,500 applications for which they are gonna take time until Dec. 2016.

I feel OINP is delaying processing our applications purposefully. They would have got some instructions from federal on releasing nominations. They would have had a strategy behind this. I dont think they are less efficient or having less man power.

Guys,

OINP did get a tremendous load of applications to process. This is why they stopped sending PTs in the first place.
In my view, I think they never expected to get such a response and are now under pressure to process them.
It is true that they have met their 2016 quota, but OINP will however process all the applications received.

For when OINP finally starts sending PTs again, it may be for selected professions like other provinces do (this is just a guess of course).

Also, many Dec 2015 applicants are getting AOR now; judging from the timeframe, we can expect to get AOR around July end.

The wait is terrible believe me I know. But we have to stay positive. In the meantime, keep gathering more experience and save for when you actually have to travel!!

At this moment all that we can do is WAIT...

I don't see any other way out... we can only hope that OINP does really get around and get the AOR's sorted at the earliest and hope we all get some GOOD NEWS sooner.

Cheers all... may the wait be fruitful.

Yes, these are links for OINP timelines. Each individual has entered his/her personal info about EE profile creation and receipt of PT NOI date along with app. submitted and received time period. You need to trust this data as people are here on this forum to help each other.
