Maybe i knew this was the situation....because it seems like december applicants are stuck for weeks on end and nobody seems to know what tha hell is going on...
Maybe the way you wrote it just put the mirror in front of my face ....

Can anyone please tell me what options do i have if my pgwp expires waiting for AOR . I know bridge is not possible so what else can I do? What about visitor visa? Do I have to have a job while applying for visitor visa and what is the standard processing time ?

hey i'm in the exact same situation as you - my work permit expires july 2016. i am applying to switch to a visitor status before my work permit expires.
would love to get on a study permit, but i don't have the money to pay more international tuition fees

IELTS is valid for 2 years, so you are OK for now...
If nothing happens for 6 months, I would book IELTS test again, as you know there is atleast 1-2 months waiting, then you need 15 days for results also...

Since you are a February applicant, You can expect to get your AOR around first week of September.

Visit the Oct to Jan threads; and you will know; majority of the applicants cases are pending for AOR/NOM

Feb applicants are far off in the queues.

With the past trend from Oct - Jan, Feb applicants may get AOR / NOM in 2018. :-X :-X :-X

If OINP expedites it could be 2017. :'( :'( :'(
