OINP Applications delivered in February 2016 ~~> Let's connect here

Was reading up a bit about OINP, I read that they offer on average 2700 invitations from OINP via EE each year.
Any idea how significant this number is and whether the fact that we're applying at the beginning of the year would increase our chances of getting invited or not?

They are still filling the 2015 quota, due to technical difficulties with CIC.
The 2016 quota for OINP has not yet been announced, nor has there been any official announcement that OINP-EE has reached their 2015 quota.
But if your sent application has gone over the 2015 quota, it will be carried over to the 2016 intake.
