I sent my application to OINP on 29th January and delivered there on 1st february.
I want to send them a new IELTS number, shall I just post it or email them as well?

With your new IELTS report, is there a change in your CRS points? I mean have u achieved CLB 9 or 10 with the help of this new report? If yes, then send them this report via email.

In other words, does everyone regardless of missing docs or not, get an AOR?

Or if an application is incomplete, it will simply be sent back to you, and you will not get AOR.

I included a soft copy of my WES report (one I got via e-mail from WES) in my application,
instead of the copy of the hard copy. Apparently both have the WES logo, but the latter also has the WES stamp at the bottom.

So if all get AOR, I may have a chance to e-mail them a copy of the hard copy.

Regardless, I also included the payment receipt for the direct order of the duplicate copy from WES to MCIIT,
but not sure its good enough.

You only get AOR if your documents are deemed complete by the assessing officer.If not, the whole package including the Draft is returned.

Did they mention that how long will it take to deliver? I have read in some other stream that canada post some time update wrong delivery place in their tracking website. Why dont you call canada post and check with them.
