Has anyone tried contacting the Ontario helpline number lately ...I have tried almost 50 times but everytime it gets forwarded to the mailbox. Please let me know if anyone has been successful so far in the past few days in reaching out to them.
I specifically wish to avoid the guy with hoarse voice
. Everytime i ended up with them, the call went useless. First he says he does not have any information and on asking him to help out with a certain situation, he says that it will eventually happen in due course of time.
To be very specific, i sent a "Change in personal info" form along with my new passports first over email, then over courier, and then yet again reminded them with an email containing the scanned version of the same documents, but i was informed everytime that these documents have yet not been attached to my main file even though i know i sent them 2 months back and emailed them with reminders every subsequent month.
Any advise would be helpful because as i understand my file is currently in the Assessment Phase, which makes me all the more worried as what will happen if they do not attach my new passports soon. Any number of calls and emails are proving useless since they give weird replies over calls and do not confirm back on emails.
Awaiting for sincere advise from all seniors ...
Thanks in Anticipation.
