Good new, just received my AOR today. Below is my time line:

OINP PT Notification: 18/01/2016
OINP App Received in Toronto: 4/2/2016
OINP AOR: 12/08/2016
OINP Nomination: Waiting

Now, I have one question/concern. I just realized that my IELTS is expiring in a few days. I already book another test for next month (first available date), would that be a problem, since OINP states that we should keep our profile above 400 points during the entire process or it is ok, as long as I have it back to the 400 points mark before any other decision is made (like nomination)?

Yes, no other option because while OINP will accept expired IELTS results in the middle of processing, your Express Entry profile will become ineligible with expired IELTS results. You can "game" the EE profile by modifying the test date, but your TRF will be verified at the CIC stage during the PR process, and you definitely don't want to risk that.
