Hello friends,

I have one question. My DD is expired and still I did not have any update from OINP office regarding my status of application. My friend is living in Toronto. Can he help me in making new DD & Can he send updated DD to OINP office on behalf of me with the details?

Or I must have to make it from my location. Should they consider My DD (application fees) made from Canada while I am living in India?

Please share your views. I need your advice friends.

You can make your DD from anywhere. There will be no problem
Please dont send any documents (including DD) till you receive AOR from oinp. Only send the new dd when requested by oinp.

While issuing AOR, OINP itself will ask you to submit new DD. Yes your friend can submit DD on your behalf.

It doesn't matter. You can do either way.

Hey, guys!!

I received my AOR today, 11th August 2016! File number is XHSW-1604XXX

Now, I have one question because my EE profile is expiring next month: Should I first cancel my current EE profile and then create a new one? Any recommendations on how do to that?

Let it expire first, after that create new profile and ask OINP to link your application with new profile. Provide them EE Profile#, Job validation Code and letter of explanation.

Please wait till you get aor.
When you receive aor your application will be given a file number. Use this file number as reference while sending the dd. If you send your dd prior receiving aor, your dd might not get attached to your file.
Everyone is following the same procedure as i suggested. They are waiting for their aor mail (where they are prompted to send a new dd) and then they are forwarding the new dd.

If you really want to save time you can keep you new dd ready and post it on the same date you receive your aor.

November (Slowest) -> December (Slower) -> January (Slow) -> February (Fast) -> March (Super Fast) -> April (at Speed of Sound) -> May (At speed of Light)

Yes, that's initials of the case officer.
