OINP updates

February 12, 2015

Effective March 16, 2015, Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program will no longer accept incomplete Employer and Nominee applications, and will return them to applicants.

An application may be deemed incomplete if, for example:

the application form is illegible or incomplete (all fields must be completed, and questions that are not applicable should be marked "N/A"),
the required supporting documents are not provided, or
the translations are not complete, certified or notarized.

its not a question of fair or unfair...This says you cant leave anything Blank. just write N/A

It is because:
1. This practice is not consistent.
2. If you read the quote carefully it says "SHOULD be marked" not "MUST be marked".

If somebody needs this much of accuracy in application form, they MUST have their guidelines written neatly and clearly in first place. Forcing of rules only on one party is an unfair practice.

After following up twice last week, I received the reviewed and accepted email from OINP today. Waiting for the AOR...not sure if they have started issuing it to Feb. applicants.

Got pt on Jan 13,my document reviced on Feb 2. AOR june 20.

i think they are working on nominee recently.

Read on some thread that majority of the Feb applicants have got "reviewed and accepted" mails.

I found around 12 applicants on page 49 who have reviewed and accepted in status. Is it right.

Going by the trend, when do think feb applicants will start receiving AORs. My guess; starting September

Can Anyone help me with how to process BOWP after getting Nomination. I thought they will be sending us an nominating letter. Currently, I just got a notification in Mycic. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

What is BoWP?

Is this like open work permit? can we apply this after getting OINP AOR or OINP nomination?
I was under a perception that we can apply for open work permit only when we received eAOR from CIC after ITA.

It is more or less same as you observed. As far as i know, everyone who requested status from oinp got pre-aor email. More importantly they are replying in a matter of 1 or 2 days.
