I wonder how many application are they processing every week after their period of inactivity(December and January)? - That will give us an idea on range of time we can expect on pending applications. I hope they hire more processing officials (who have been through immigration themselves, so that they know the process and pains from applicant's side as well).

Currently, Applicants from 8-Dec are getting AOR's today. So we should be expecting around End of June.

Hi there, I've sent my package on February 2nd, 2016, and it was received on February 5th, 2016. I still haven't got my AOR.

According to other posts in this forum, those who are getting their AOR now submitted their packages on December, 2015, right? So, let me ask you a question: after receiving the AOR, approx. how long will I have to wait until I receive the final decision? Thanks!

From what I understood, we should be getting our AOR by July. The nomination itself will take at least another 90 days to come, according to what jj0502 said.

Thanks for the answer. As I see, 90 days is the official timeline. Am I right to assume that it is being respected? I ask that because it is taking a lot more for them to send the AOR, right?

Guess so... Assuming that there is no delay after we receive the AOR (and of course, assuming that everything is right with your application and you don't need to re-submit it).

the current trend is 1 AOR per week for December applicants. with this speed it will take more than one year to complete sending AOR for all of us.

But lets hope this is a temporary pause due to overload and it might anytime speed up. Hope all of us get AOR before the validity of DD that is 6 months.

dont worry it is a temporary pause. Up to 6th December it was all okay there was a reasonable flow on AOR's. Its just the last week and this. May be they are coming out with changes in May. They might announce 2016 quota an resume sending NOI. After all they must be doing something........
