Hey, check out this link for details on the refund when you withdraw. They have mentioned they will return if your application is in submitted state or your application is incomplete. Anytime after no return even if you withdraw or it gets rejected.

Here is my time line:
Invitation: 12 June
Submitted: 20 August
Assessment: 20 September
DIP: 25-28 September (Approx)
ITA: 24 October

Finally today the status of my application changes from "Submitted" to "Assesment" after 42 DAYS of submission!!! It will be a miracle if they can finish everything by 60 days or even 70 days for that matter!!

Invitation: 15 Aug
Submitted: 16 Sep
Assessment: 28 Oct!!

Decision In Progress - N/A
Approved- N/A
its already been 11 days since I submitted my application but no update yet. I am getting panicked.

here is an update
Submitted -12 sept
ADR- 28 oct
Assessment- 30 oct
DIP- Na
Approved- N/a

Today is 48th day and my 60 day mark will complete on 11 November.(only 12 days left) Wondering if they would be able to approve it on or even 5 days after 11 November i.e. 60 days

This is why I have the feeling it is 60 working days and not calendar days coz most have crossed the 60 days mark

Well can’t say anything on that but it is quite evident that approval is taking 5 to 10 days more than 60 days timeline for almost everyone.
