I have applied master grad stream (ONIP) on 6th of march, ever since then I have not heard anything and checked the status it says decision in progress. I do not know what to do and who to contact! it has been 230 days even though it says 90-120 processing time

I have just received a nomination approval letter from ONIP and logged into IRCC account I have nothing there to accept either 600 points. Can somebody help me what is the next step and how long Do I have to wait for. Or there is something I have to do
my timeline as follow:

• Submission - March 03 2022
• Assessment - June 2 2022
• Approved - October 20 2022

I have received a nomination from ONIP and tried to update my express entry profile it does not let me make any changes.
some people say that I have to receive an email from IRCC regarding my nomination which I did not yet if this is the case What I should do or who to contact?
Do I have to create a new profile to see my nomination?

Hi here is my status:

• Submission - March 14 2022
• Assessment - June/July 2022 I don't remember, Even they did come to company to talk with me around July.
• Approved - Still Waiting

So nervous from waiting, today is 156 working day since submitting or 226 regular days.
