I had received NOI from OINP on May 31, 2019, created my profile on June 1, 2019 and submitted my application on June 13, 2019. I did receive confirmation email from OINP that your application has been submitted, however, since then status of my application is “submitted”. My question is how much time will it take to process and how frequently status of application will be changed?

It normally takes 30-60 days for the whole application to be processed.
Since you've submitted your application, next you'll receive an email confirming completeness of your application and your status will be changed to "Assessment".
Here are the application stages: Submission >> Assessment >> Decision in Progress >> Approved
I submitted June 12 and still have status of submitted.
Also observed that those who submitted before June 12 had their status changed to Assessment 7 days after submission.
I dont think there is anything to worry about since OINP's recent communication reminded us of the processing time as at June 13.

Guess a lot of Applications dropped immediately after the last EE draw of Jun 12, so they needed to remind Applicants of the actual processing time of 30-60 days to manage expectations.

Approximately how many days does it take for them to take the decision? Is there a possibility that they could reject theapplication at this stage?

What does WES mean? I sent the confirmation letter of work permit extension to OINP before they asked.
