Hello everyone, I might have screwed up my application a little bit. When I had submitted the oinp application initially, I had declared that I would be having 18740 CAD as my settlement funds in Canada ( for a family of 2). I had even submitted bank savings and mutual funds showing the available amount as 18740 CAD altogether. But later I had to spend some of the money for paying for the OINP application and other formalities. I just received an ADR on the 22nd asking "a letter from my financial institution stating that the mutual funds money can be liquidated immediately". I got the letter from the institution and along with sending it to OINP I was also truthful to them and attached a document in the ADR stating that I currently have only 16156 CAD left. A family of 2 needs 15772 CAD. I still have enough in my savings and mutual fund that is . Will the difference in the amount declared earlier and what I have submitted now be a problem ? Even though they did not ask for the current status of my funds, I was truthful and I added the proof of current statement of funds along with the letter from my financial institution for mutual fund.

Hello dear!!
All you need to have is the minimum amount of 15772 cad with you throughout the application
Anything over it doesn’t really matter.

As per the trends on myimmitracker and other web forums, august nominations are done. They will start approving sept submissions now.
as this guy said, the applications are being approved on applied date. I had applied on 28 august. I got approved 2 days ago. even if it 2 days +- you will get according to your applied date.

No matter what date is your application in processing or in DIP. Some people around me had DIP with 1 month and they got approved with me (after 3 months).
