Well, keep trying. They answered my call on second try today.

@ Raj and Dasha - when I call and dial zero for the operator it no longer rings. Just says there is no one available. Started happening since yesterday. Who are you all speaking with?

Hi Guys,

I accepted the Nominee and 600 extra point added in 2 hours. My EE profile will expire on Oct25, 2016. What should I do if I do not get ITA by that time and my profile expire?

Congratulations... If you don't make it to the next draw then recreate you profile and send you new profile number, job seeker number and IRCC letter to OINP and ask them to transfer your nom to your new profile.

It rings but nobody is picking up. Looks like they are getting hell a lot of calls from applicants :) .

+1-416-327-0374 . 1 for English and then 0 to speak to an operator.
Just talked with an Operator. Really hopeless, they received all of my new documents (like new IELTS, EE profile), but not yet process my file!!! Last time they said me that my file is in decision stage, but now he didn't mention any of the stage even I asked him twice. So apparently, the file is still sleeping there for a year >:(

Oops SNS76

Very Sad to know! Many Files are being processed promptly and Nomination are raining

But we are only 2 CEC, Oct 2015 Applicant are left behind, I guess!

Hi BestofLuck, Raj, & Colleague!

Do you have any assumption why? What we can do to request for fair I mean prompt processing as promised to be done by 90 days? It is already a year!

Is nomination NOC based? Or it is based on "First Come First Serve"? Or what it seems like?

I've been on the phone for an hour.. It doesn't get past the 10 digit mailbox voice message and disconnects.. been trying back to back...

I am starting to feel afraid that this might be the case with my file too :'(

I am left behind too.
I am CEC applicant, but by the moment of PT I had shortage of 11 days to full year.

The first letter from OINP i received on 30th of November with request to present if I have any additional experience by the moment of PT.
I replied that didn't have anything except that in my application.

The second letter "Procedural Fairness Request" i received in August with the same request. I replied them the same.

Since then nothing.

Out of curiosity, what did you claim on your Procedural Fairness Request response? Did you ask them to exempt you 11 days? Did you ask to switch to FSW?

I have the same problem like you. But I never received any letter from them yet. There are lots of people like us, I believe. Because we just follow the PT without thinking anything else

I wrote them that it wasn't under my control since Express Entry system dynamically updates the status.
I emphasized that at that moment of PT i had full time job (40 hours per week) and the application was sent only after I gained full year in Canada.

It seems to me that they don't know what to do with us.

Agreed with Mutaros

Well to me it seems that, unless it's explicitly stated somewhere that CEC must have 12 months of experience at the time they receive the PT then I think it's fair to argue that by the time you'd sent your DOCs you had completed the 12 months... But OINP is overwhelmed this year and it seems that they are looking for any reason to reject people, however trivial...

If you look at it from a logical PoV it makes no sense rejecting you, as by now you more than meet CEC eligibility, the only reason is sheer bureaucracy which seems ludicrous...

In any event, I'm sorry to say this but I think cases like yours, where a procedural fairness letter has been issued, will go to the back of the queue... They'll probably leave it to the end of the cycle to take another look at your case ;-(
