Hi Raj,

Can we create a new profile in the existing GC key? or shall I create a new GC key?

If I create a new GC key I need a new email address right? I cannot use my old email address that I used to create the old GC key?

You can create new EE profile under same GC key, same email address.

Here is the info to send to OINP after renewal of EE profile (info came by email from OINP):

Dear Sir/Madam,

If the profile on which you received a Letter of Interest became ineligible, you have to advise our office.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) will continue to process your application if you create a new Express Entry profile, however, to do so we require you to provide the following within 30 calendar days of receipt of this notice:

1. The Express Entry number/job seeker validation code for your new profile;
2. A copy of the letter you have received from Citizenship and Immigration Canada acknowledging the new profile; and
3. A letter explaining why you updated your profile and a list of the additional or updated information you provided in your new Express Entry profile.

Please be advised that OINP may require you provide additional or updated documents to support your application.

OINP staff will contact you directly should documentation be required.

All statements and authorizations that you agreed to in your original application continue to apply to any new information you provide to support your application.

If you provide false or incomplete information, your application will be denied.

This seems pretty straight forward, wait for you profile to expire, recreate with the same info (or new info if availble - like new IELTS, passport number, etc.) and you'll get a new Express Entry number and job seeker validation code... Just send all this to OINP via email and that's it... I'm wondering about the item "A copy of the letter you have received from Citizenship and Immigration Canada acknowledging the new profile" as far as I know this is only available in your myCIC paga and you can't print this out or simply save a copy...

Anyway, although straight forward, I can understand why people are freaking out, we have very little information on what actually happens when OINP receives this information and to make matters worse it seems that they aren't acknowledging anyone:

Raj, I lost all hopes. That is why refrained from all group postings. I created additional profile, tried emailing them. Tried sending the same via fax. Still no reply. What to say???? I think our's is the most unlucky batch. I mean oct20-nov20. No movement in our files.
Lost all faith. Between any news from anky2015? He have the same officer as I do.

At the end of the day it doesn't really matter I think, once they've processed your file and your NOM is ready they'll try to send it to you via EE, so long as you've done this by then (if your profile has expired) you'll get the NOM on your new profile.

A lot of people complain about the lack of acknowledgment and satisfaction they get from OINP, sure I get it you're anxious and you want to know... But I prefer to look at it from the positive side, the less time they take answering repetitive email asking for some kind of status, the more time they have to focus on processing the applications and issuing NOMs!

I will be eligible for BOWP with the nomination letter. However the process for getting the nomination letter is till nowhere for me, since I am still waiting for the approved pre-screen application, once I get it, I need to submit my application with joint verification form, and wait to get the Ontario Nomination (nomination letter).
All that in 7 months, does not look good for me.
Does anyone know for how long the BOWP is valid for? or it si valid till you get your PR status or rejected for PR status?

I have following confusion.
1. After nomination, inland applicant is eligible for BOWP (subject to certain conditions).
2. After AOR of ITA, inland applicant is eligible for OWP (subject to certain conditions). <== Is this true or he is eligible for BOWP and not OWP?

What is difference between BOWP and OWP?

My understanding is BOWP allows you to continue working only with current employer. OWP allows you to work with any employer in any profession.


Any idea/link will be appreciated?

You can create a profile with the existing gckey after you withdraw the existing profile or after the current profile expires.

Hello everyone!

I am new to the forum as well as for EE procedure, my question may be generic and may have been posted quite many times and sorry for that.

My case is that, I applied for EE and got accepted into the pool, did create a job bank profile and in the end given my infor, i receive 412 pts under FSW program criteria.
I have also selected "all provinces" and "Ontario" in specific.
All these done on May 9th and did not receive the PT notification yet.

I withdrew my profile and re-created the same, recently, assuming this had work for many others to receive PT notification. But i have not received the same yet.

Should I write to Ontario immigration regarding my case? or wait further until i receive pt notification?
or is it that even though we satisfy the criteria to receive PT notification, Ontario Immigration may still decide not to send the interest?

actually i beleive they stopped sending PT on Feb 16, they stopped accepting new applications after may 9th (meaning applications which were sent back and asked to reapply becoz of missing information)

you will just have to wait for new OINP to restart around nov dec hopefully

MiNE is different though . There must be another reason for delay!
