OINP Application sent in November 2015

Finally I was able to talk to an operator. He is warm and friendly. He patiently listened to what I had to say and he said he totally understands the situation. He says the same thing as the standard e-mail (blah blah that there is a lot of backlog....). But he sounded confident when he said you should be hearing something soon. So, fingers crossed. ( all nov applicants can be too)

Since last few days the Operator sounds confident , so you are right there must be some decision made on their part. Hope there is some target set !!!!!
One change is observed today. A December applicant got additional doc req. without a phone call. some good news after days......

Guys I dont think OINP will be petty enough to look at individual posts and try to track who posted which post and sort of hold grudge against the person posting. More so most of what has been discussed on the forum is the honest truth and sincere opinions. So if they really mind if the posts do not showcase them as the picture perfect organisation, they would try to take steps towards being one.

Lets all just be a little more patient and believe the OINP knows what they are doing and turn things around soon.

Agree... unless some folk here start talking about a class action law suit for the wait like in other threads... then we may see dome grudges... I myself think OINP are doing the best they can, after all it's COMPLETELY IN THEIR INTEREST to get good people into Ontario ASAP so that the economy has a positive impact. Let's have a little faith people, our time will come!

My profile about to expire. I remember reading from old posts that I have re create the profile and then inform OINP about the new profile? Does that still hold good ? Any other ways to keep profile active with out re creating it ?

There is no way to extend the validity of your profile. Re-create the profile and send the details of the new EE profile to OINP through e-mail.

You will get the DD soon it takes time. Same happened with me too. They send you the DD quite safely.
So don't worry.

Even same here, My new DD reached OINP around 30th Aug, it has not even got en-cashed. And Its been more than 5 weeks havent received my old DD. Really worried now, what's going on...

I have sent two mails requesting my status to both email ids last month and last week. Today morning i got three mails, one from ontarionominee email and 2 from expressentry as below.

Please be advised that your application to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is now with an OINP processing officer for assessment. The program will contact you should we require additional information to support the assessment of your application. Otherwise, the program will contact you again when your application moves to the decision phase.

Express Entry (MCIIT)

Subject : XHSW-1601xxx - RM
Dear Mr. Vivek Kumar:
Please be advised that your application to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has been referred to a senior processing officer for a decision. The program will contact you should we require additional information to support the decision on your application. Otherwise, the program will contact you again when a decision has been made on your application.

So in the final mail, it is mentioned the file is moved to senior officer for decision, and mentioned, they may ask for additional docs if required to make decision.

In the first mail the subject is with my case number and officer initial is MMW. In the next two mails the subject line mentions the file number and the officer initial is RM. Hope the mail content is not just copy paste....

i think they might be monitoring people asking for help with fraudulent documentation or something similar... atleast thats what i would do if i was working for them...

i would however refrain from using officer's names in the blogs... like i have heard so much about AB... i mean AB is fine but i read his actual name somewhere also on the forum... that i would strongly advise against.

I am in the same boat. sending them emails asking about the linkage of my EE profile to my application twice a week since 12th September. no response yet. not email autoreply
